Students who intend to study Italian beyond Year 9 must select LOTE - Italian as an elective subject (to take place during semester 2), in addition to selecting Italian as their core LOTE subject.  These should be placed in their first three choices on the subject selection form. In this unit students will be required to build on the vocabulary and grammar covered in Year 8 and aim to formulate paragraphs in new tenses such as the past tense.

Contributions to class discussions and completion of class work will also be considered.
