Do you want to learn how to create amazing meals and develop your baking and cake decorating skills? A range of savoury and sweet dishes will be created. There will be a focus on piping, chocolate work and cake making skills and these will be showcased in the production of a unique drip cake. Students will also explore the science of baking. Questions such as "Why do cakes rise? Why is yeast added to bread? What makes a good pastry?” will be answered.
